Kuey Teow Soup

Kuey Teow Soup is another common dish available in all the hawkers’ centres around in Penang. It’s a light dish for those who are not so into hot/spicy dishes. It’s usually serves in clear chicken soup. Most of the stall will toss in fish balls, fish cakes, sliced chicken meats as well as meat balls. There are some stalls that would also add duck meat to the dish.
